Debbie

Debbie graduated from the University of Idaho with her degree in
sports science and is certified through the IFPA . At the U of I
she competed as a collegiate track and field athlete and went on
to coach sprints and jumps. Currently she competes as a professional
in natural bodybuilding. Debbie has been training a variety of clientele
for weight loss, muscle gain, and sport specific training for six
years.

Rusty

Rusty has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for nearly
17 years. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho
in Sport Science with an emphasis in exercise physiology. He remained
in Moscow, earning a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology. Rusty
also holds certifications with the NSCA, ACSM, and IFPA. While training,
Rusty enjoys working with a large variety of client goals, including:
weight loss, sport-specific, and a special fondness for natural
bodybuilding. From high school athletics to post-surgery recovery,
he works hard to design programs to benefit all clients. In his
free time, Rusty is an avid hunter, fisherman, and hiker. He prefers
sharing his time and activities with his wife, Debbie, as well as
his two black Labradors, Ruger and Remington.

Robin

Robin is a converted personal trainer after many years working behind
an office desk. In addition to being devoted to her family, Robin
lives an active lifestyle, as she loves biking, skiing, running,
hiking, and is learning to golf. After becoming a personal trainer
she gave natural body building a try, and within her second year
won not only her weight and age class, but also the overall competition.

Elizabeth graduated from Jacksonville University in Florida with
a bachelors degree in Recreational Physical Education Management.
She has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years with
certifications through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
Her experience in weight training, yoga, running and pilates has
given her clients unique workouts designed to help them achieve
their goals.

Judy

Judy is an IFPA Certified Personal Trainer, IFPA Certified Sports
Nutritionist, Certified Lifestycle Fitness Coach, and has her B.A.
in Psychology. She joined The Fitness Company at its inception.
She chose to become a trainer after experiencing life-changing benefits
in her own life as a client. Judy continually proves to her clients
that they CAN achieve their desired fitness goals at any stage.
Judy's favorite fun away from work is traveling with her daughters,
preferably to countries like India, Egypt, and Jordan.

Tyler

Tyler Assmus, an athletic training graduate of Whitworth University,
is breaking into the fitness world bringing young fire and passion.
Upon graduation, Tyler landed a prestigious internship with the
Portland Trail Blazers (NBA). There he worked exclusively with the
team in the fields of strength and conditioning, athletic training,
and player rehab. Tyler was also involved in the development and
progression of the players’ seasonal workouts. After such
a successful and promising first year with the Blazers, Tyler was
invited back for a second season where he furthered his expertise
in this area. Here in Boise, Tyler also works for the Idaho Stampede,
continuing where he left off with the Trail Blazers. Tyler comes
to The Fitness Co. with a background in athletics, and is certified
through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Josh

Josh was raised in Twin Falls, moving to Boise in his early 20's.
He married a Navy girl a few years later and moved to Bremerton,
WA. He trained at the Kitsap County Military YMCA, and helped prepare
Sailors for their Physical Readiness Tests. Moving back to Boise
when his wife was released, Josh worked at both Idaho Athletic Club
and Gold's Gym. He now trains solely on his own. Josh has training,
nutrition, and therapy certifications from NASM, ISSA, is CPR certified,
and has experience in natural bodybuilding competitions. Personal
